Spatial Policy 4A Extent of the Green Belt This policy is considered to be unsound, it is not positively prepared, it is not jusitifed and is not effective. In other representations we have discussed the relative merits of the villages of Rainworth and Blidworth. Rainworth is a Service Centre and Blidworth is a Principal Village. I refer to the above consultation document and respond on behalf of my client, Mr R Thomas, owner of land off Dale Lane, Blidworth. IBA Planning have previously submitted representations on behalf of our client to the Preferred Approach – Settlements and Sites (January 2017), a copy of which is attached for completeness.
